This page contains a list of Home and Property Inspectors who have completed the Okanagan College Home Inspection Certificate Program and are Licensed in BC (BC being the only Province in Canada where licensing is required at this time).

The Certificate is a comprehensive 355-hour program combining classroom instruction with field training to provide participants with a thorough foundation for pursuing work in the profession of home inspection. This Certificate is one of the most comprehensive and demanding educational programs for Home Inspectors available in Canada.

On completing the program graduates have the knowledge and skills required to perform thourough home inspections and prepare professional reports to industry standards.
